Virtual Auto Show
The Arizona Virtual Auto Show campaign was comprised of an online advertising campaign, the site and a run of print ads in The Arizona Republic that directed readers to the online experience.
The site was divided into auto manufacturers and local dealers were given the chance to sponsor the relevant section through a fixed ad position. In order to expose more users to the sponsoring dealerships users were encouraged to enter a competition to win a 'gas card' which was only accessible through a sponsored section. Multiple video reviews were streamed to each manufacturer.
The online campaign was ZAG (Zip Age and Gender) targeted across the local news site azcentral.com which heavily exposed azc users to the ads according to their profile settings on the news site.
The online campaign generated over 48,000 page views from 16,274 unique visitors from November 15 through late December. Individual dealer section received thousands of impressions and reported increased traffic to their business sites from relevant and interested users.
